7月17日(火)より、新たにESHIKOTO AWAの仲間入りとなる「ESHIKOTO AWA 2021 Platinum」を発売いたします。

瓶内二次発酵を経て醸されるESHIKOTO AWA。

透明感のあるドライな味わいと、

熟成によるきめ細かくエレガントな泡をお楽しみください。

※ラベルに記載している「Pasteurized」(パストライズ)は、⽇本酒特有の「⽕⼊れ」という意味しています。

『▲』マークについて

この『▲』は黒龍酒造独自の甘辛度指標です。

従来の日本酒度だけでは味わいを十分に表現できないという思いから、

シャンパーニュの甘辛度合いを参考に開発しました。

残糖度の数値や官能評価をもとに、『●（Sweet）⇔▲⇔■（Dry）』の3段階で表現しています。

『●▲■』のマークは、日本最古の禅寺・聖福寺の禅僧仙厓が描いた「○△□（まるさんかくしかく）」からインスピレーションを得ています。

【ESHIKOTO AWA 2021 Platinum】
Starting June 17, we had released the limited-edition sparkling sake "ESHIKOTO AWA 2021 Platinum" exclusively at Ishidaya ESHIKOTO store. Like champagne, all ESHIKOTO sparkling sake undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle. Enjoy its clear, dry flavor and delicate bubbles refined through aging.

【About the『▲』Mark】

This『▲』is Kokuryu Brewing's original sweetness-dryness indicator. We developed this system because sake meter values cannot fully express the taste.　We referenced Champagne's sweetness levels for inspiration. Based on residual sugar levels and taste evaluations, we use three levels: 『●（Sweet）⇔▲⇔■（Dry）』 The『●▲■』marks are inspired by "○△□ (circle, triangle, square)" - ink paintings created by Sengai, a Zen monk from Shofukuji, Japan's oldest Zen temple.
